Our Staff - Kelsey Marshall, Nurse Practitioner

Kelsey was born and raised in Salem, Indiana.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governor’s University, earned in 2022, following her Associate of Science in Nursing degree from Ivy Tech in 2014. She subsequently completed her Master of Science degree from Frontier Nursing University in 2025. Kelsey is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
Prior to her role as a nurse practitioner, Kelsey served as a charge nurse at Baptist Health Floyd, overseeing the labor and delivery, neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and postpartum units for over a decade. She joined our practice in 2017 and worked as a registered nurse for seven years before pursuing her graduate education.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Kelsey will be able to answer many of your concerns regarding your individual health needs, as well as perform exams, order lab procedures and write prescriptions.
She is a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH), and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She also holds additional obstetric credentialing through the National Certification Corporation (NCC).
Kelsey resides in Scottsburg, Indiana, with her husband, Dustin, and their four children: three sons and one daughter. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kelsey enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and supporting her children’s athletic endeavors.
