Lesley G. Lantz, M.S.N., N.P.
Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner
Lesley was born in Louisville, Kentucky and raised in Oldham County, Kentucky.
She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Louisville. She continued her education at the University of Louisville and obtained a master’s Degree in Nursing. Lesley is board certified as a women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Lesley will be able to answer many of your concerns regarding your individual health needs, as well as perform exams, order lab procedures, and write prescriptions.
She is a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana, the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Lesley, her husband Brad, and two children reside in Oldham County, Kentucky. In addition to family activities, she enjoys theater, outdoor activities, and travel.
